Operation Christmas Child is a program that sends gifts to children around the world at Christmas. Individuals and groups alike have the opportunity to fill a shoe box of toys and necessities for a child. You can chose a girl or a boy, as well as an age group 2-4, 5-9, 10-14. Collection dates are from November 18-25.
For examples of gift suggestions and for instructions on how to pack your shoebox please go here.
You can find a drop off location here and you can also track your gift to see where it ends up here! Don’t have a drop off location near you? You can still help you can build a shoebox online here!
You can find the shoebox labels here or click on the image below!
A good idea when filling your shoebox is to remove packaging from items such as the box a barbie comes in, the reason for this is to allow more items in the shoebox. I’m teaming up with many other bloggers this year to give a gift to a child. If you plan on partaking in Operation Christmas Child leave a comment letting me know!
Share this with everyone you know across all social media channels, lets give a gift to a child!! Thank you Doreen for the Blog Challenge graphic! Put this blog challenge graphic in your side bar to encourage other bloggers to partake in the challenge!
